    Yes. Following the  instructions, you'll learn to use NoseSecret in just a few minutes. We list videos and instruction page on the website 

  • 3. Do I have to use NoseSecret every day?

    No, you don't have to. NoseSecret was designed to be used for Photoshoots and special ocassions. However, those who choose to use the product daily must allow a period of time for adjustment to reach maximun confort before extending time of use.

  • 4. How can I choose the right size for me?

    Choosing the right size of the NoseSecret Corrector depends on the shape and length of your nose.

    For your convenience and to avoid the hassle of receiving the wrong size, we offer first time buyers to choose from three introductory kits, each kit comes with three pairs of NoseSecret correctors of each size. Choose:

    Kit XS-S- M if your nose is very small to a medium size.

    Kit S- M-L if your nose is small to average nose size such as the one in the video.

    Kit M-L-XL if your nose is average to large size. Most males and some females with average to large noses order this kit.

    You can also "fine-tune" the fit of your size by compressing both ends of the splints  with your fingers.

    Although NoseSecret is soft and comfortable, it should not be worn to bed or while swimming, showering, or playing sports.

    Men and women alike has used NoseSecret for over a decade. Keep the product away from children and minors under 18 years old.

  • 1. Where can I buy NoseSecret?

    You can order NoseSecret online through our website www.NoseSecret.com. We do not sell NoseSecret on Amazon. If you see NoseSecret brand in Amazon it is not  the original product nor they have any rights to use NoseSecret® trademark . We do  sell NoseSecret through our Ebay store 'NoseSecret " and a distribuitor "Fabtrend"

  • 2. Do you charge sales tax?

    We apply sales tax of 6.625% to orders shipped to the State of New Jersey.

  • 3. How can I pay if I don't own a credit card?

    We take several method of payments for your convenience. We accept Paypal, Money Gram, Western Union and money orders in US dollars.

    For Money Gram and Western Union payments, please sent payments to NoseSecret/Fabiola Diamond. You must create an account and choose money orders method of payment. Then send an email with reference number and amount sent to avoid processing delays. Once the payment is cleared we proceed to ship your order. Ships same or next day.

    NoseSecret respects your privacy and recognizes the need for proper protection of your personal information such us name, address, phone number, email address, etc.

    You will remain anonymous when you visit our site unless you provide us with your personal information. We may request personal information to process orders, inform you about our future special offers or to communicate change to our policies.

    We will never share your personal information unless you authorize us to do so.

    Safeguarding your personal and financial information is one of our top priorities.

    Whenever we collect sensitive information from you, such as credit card data and contact details, the information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by searching for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or by looking for "https" to appear at the beginning of the web page address. Also, we contract with an Internet security firm to test our website daily for security flaws.

  • 2. Do you store my credit card information?

    We do not stored your personal information on our servers.

Shipping:

  • 1. How much are your shipping charges?

    We offer Free shipping on USA orders over $20.  International shipping charges apply to orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. Although we ship daily, some orders required a more extended verification process. Therefore your order may take additional time to ship. Save our email address customercare@nosesecret.com to receive updates about your order to avoid delays. See shipping rates 

  • 2. When can I expect my order to arrive?

    We ship all orders within the next 24 to 48 hours. However, shipping delays might ocurred if your are a first time buyer and order a non returnable items, shipping and billing address do not match or your international order was submmited with an address not assocaited with your credit card.

  • 3. Can I order NoseSecret outside the United States?

    Yes, we ship international orders every day. We strongly recomend that you enter the official address to avoid shipping issues.

    Some countries require payment of customs, duties and taxes for products imported from the United States on any value. Such charges are not included in the NoseSecret price. 

  • 4. Can Nosesecret provide tracking to international packages?

    The US postal service offers "Electronic Delivery confirmation" for First class parcel ( $13.50) .  Some of the countries that provide delivery confirmation status are:
    Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain and Switzerland see more here

    Some restrictions apply to this added free service, such as:

    -No refunds, inquiries, or claims are offered, and indemnity is not provided.

    -Tracking information only post delivery status online. Customers are not able to obtain further tracking information by contacting the U.S. Postal Service by telephone.

Returns:

  • 1. Can I return the the product?

    We know that you'll love NoseSecret but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the results you can return the product within the next 15 days of receiving the order for a refund.
    Since we do not re-sell returned products for hygenic and safety purposes, there is an associated processing fee of $8.99 deducted from your transaction total. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Other Questions:

Why does my order status say Verification Required?

If your order status appears as "verification required" it is because we are waiting for your reply to complete the payment validation process. The most common reasons why you order requires validation are: 1. Shipping and billing address do not match

  1.  Your order is an international order and we need to validate card holder information.
  2.  Your address appears to be incomplete or incorrect
  3. You need to confirm your Paypal account address
  • Why can't I have my order shipped to a different address?

    In order to make sure that we are shipping your NoseSecret purchase to the authorized card holder we require that the first shipment is delivered to the address registered with the credit card institution. The same applies to PayPal purchases.

  • I have received an email saying that my order is under the validation process. What does this mean?

    The validation process is when we confirm that a purchase is authorized by the card holder. We will request additional credentials about the credit/debit card payment before we can ship the order. Please reply to our message/email with the following information:

    1. The full name of the card holder
    2. The registered mailing address of the card holder (as stated on the billing statement)
    3. The first 6 digits of the credit/debit card (this tells us what bank issued the card and where it was issued)
    4. Need to agree with the terms and conditions of the selected shipping method stated at 

  • I paid for my order but it hasn't been shipped?

    Once payment has been completed the order status will be Awaiting Fulfillment, which means the order is waiting to be manually reviewed and shipped. If an order is placed before 4pm EST we will manually review and ship the order the same day. If, upon review, further verification is required (most international orders), the status will change to "Verification Required". "Verification Required" means we have sent a message to your NoseSecret account and to your email address, and we request a response to complete the payment validation process.

  • I do not want my order to ship to my billing address. What can I do? What is my tracking number?

    We must ship the first order of each customer to the billing address of the card or PayPal account holder.

    For US Customers only:

    If you do not want the package to arrive at your billing address, we can request "Hold for Pickup" service for you to pick up your package at the designated postal office. Valid identification may be required at pickup.

  • What is my tracking number?

    We  send you an email with your tracking number when we ship your package. The subject of the email will read "Package Shipped to You". Contact us via phone, chat, or email if you need your tracking number resent. Check your spam forlder as well.

  • The NoseSecret splints do not stay in place:

The splints must be secured betwen the tip and the base of the nose. In some cases if you use the wrong size or insert the splint incorrectly , that might cause the splint to slip away.  Excesive cold or hot weather can create extra moist inside the nose causing the splint to slip out. Please make sure you get use to the product before wearing it outsise. Also, keep in mind that for some nose shape may not be able to hold the splint between the tip and the base of the nose.
