All orders ship within 24 to 48 hours from Monday through Friday ( if no payment verification is required). We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on any U.S. holiday.
Here are some frequently asked questions regarding our shipping service
1. How much are your shipping charges?
Our shipping service is highly affordable. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $20 in the United States. See service and price below:
- We ship first-time buyers to the billing address which is the address registered with your credit card or Paypal account.
- We send an electronic email with a tracking number when we print shipping labels. If you do not see the email, look in your spam folder or contact us immediately
- All orders are shipped from the US via the US Postal Service (USPS) and delivered to the recipient through the Official Postal Service of the recipient's country.
- As proof of shipment for international orders with no tracking, we provide Customs ID Number by email
- Customers using First Class international parcel will receive Customs ID # as proof of shipment. We can not submit claims lost packages in the mail.
- Customers verify their Shipping Order Status by entering the tracking or customs ID# (selected countries) number at the United States Postal Service website www.usps.com
- We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail when using a non-tracking service
3. How will my package arrive?
Your privacy is an important matter for us. Therefore to maintain the confidentiality of your order, we keep our packaging discreet. We don't write the name of the product on the domestic shipping label. However, for international orders, we provide the nature of the product in small print as it is required by the international custom officials.
4. Does Nose Secret ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship international orders every day. However, we reserve the right to deny international shipping to some countries.
There are some countries that require payment of customs duties and taxes for products imported of any value from the US. Such charges are not included in the NoseSecret® order.
5. Do you ship to APO address?
Yes, If you have APO address, don't worry, we ship to APO's (Army Post addresses).
1. What is your return policy? Can I return the product?
We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the results, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will refund your order amount excluding $8.99 processing/handling fee and any additional shipping charges.
Introductory NoseSecret kit which includes 3 different sizes is the only product that qualifies for a refund. Purchases of single pairs do not qualify for the refund.
2. How to get a refund?

To speed up the refund process,
- Email us to initiate your refund. Also, include your name and date of the order on the package.
- Write "REFUND" on the exterior of the envelope.
- To avoid processing delays, use reliable delivery service with tracking number to expedite the return.
- If the package is lost in the mail, we will not be able to process the refund without proof of mailing.
Note: We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we require the return of the product for inventory purpose.
3. When can I expect my refund?
We make sure that the refunds are processed within a week of receiving the package. It can take 2 weeks for the refund statement to reach you. Send us an email if you have not received your refund on time
